Jerry Cahn (PhD, JD), founder and President, is an entrepreneur and business leader, with extensive sales, marketing, and investor/public relations expertise. From 2000-2005, he served as Principal of PortfolioPR, an integrated IR/PR agency, serving numerous clients of all sizes, including Curtiss-Wright (where he helped double its market cap to $1 Billion) On-Track Innovations (whose stock rose from $4 to $14), RiT Technologies, SuperCom Ltd (which changed its name to VUANCE and engaged him to reposition the company for investors), SPO Medical and McGraw-Hill Construction. Previously, he founded and managed the Brilliant Image, a leading US 24/7 computer graphics company that, over 15 years, served 5000+ investment banking, VC, Fortune 500 and other clients. Earlier, he served (1) as a Legislative Assistant for Health and Environmental issues for (now) Senator Barbara Mikulski and (2) managed the turn-around of an almost bankrupt public healthcare company, Dental World, increasing its stock from $.50 to over $5.00. In his spare time, he teaches business strategy and leadership skills (MBA) for CUNY.

Jeff Lippert (MBA), Vice President is an equities professional with experience in analysis and technology. Previously, Jeff served as technology research head at a boutique Wall Street research firm where he used his qualitative and quantitative research skills to uncover many great technology investment opportunities. At Obama for America as an analyst on the budget team, his efforts were crucial to keeping the organization’s finances on track during the critical months of the campaign. He also organized many canvassing parties in Iowa prior to Senator Obama’s historic win there. During his career he has worked closely with finance professionals, political activists, social workers, engineers, entrepreneurs, educators, and students. Jeff received his B.S. in electrical engineering from Kansas State University and his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
